To build in CAS proxy mode

1/ Add the https profile to tomcat
mvn clean install -Punpack,pack,https

2/ Modify the portal.properties as below
#uncomment to activate cas proxy (the 2 lines)
cas.proxycallback=https://vm-jss-dev:8444/portal/CasProxyServlet
cas.proxyurl=https://vm-jss-dev:8443/cas/proxy
